How to Apply for
20A Watson

Reservations will be confirmed and held only when all the following steps are complete. Completion means that your entire group needs to have all items complete & emailed to management to be considered for a residency here.​

1. Groups of students (4 or 5) apply to live in 20A Watson Road. You cannot exceed 5 students or have less than 4 students. Please refer to the pricing page for more information before filling out an application.

2. Each student in the group is responsible for filling out a rental application. References are the most important when filling these out, please use your past or current teachers, employers, academic advisors, your RA, and landlords.

3. Each student must confirm with their parents that they authorize the possibility with them potentially living in 20A Watson with their selected roommates. Management must receive an email from each student’s parent confirming the following:

   • Parents are aware their student would like to live in 20A Watson.

   • Parents must list the roommates that their student will be living with.

   • Parents have reviewed the website, including rental application, lease, and payment schedule.

   • Once management has received an email from each of the parents in the group the application will be considered as complete. At that time management will start the evaluation process for the upcoming academic year. 

4. If your group is selected to live in this house then it is time to sign a lease. Each occupant must sign a lease and if all occupants of the group have not completed this within a timely manner then the reservation will expire, and the house will go to the next group on the waiting list.

5. Once leases have been signed and security deposits have been received by all occupants, then congratulations 20A Watson is officially reserved for the next academic year. We look forward to meeting with you on move-in day!
