What's Next?
We understand this is likely the first time that you have gone through a rental process. We want to make this as straightforward as possible for a smooth transition.
Each student in the group is responsible for filling out a rental application to be evaluated to become a resident here. This is a 5 bedroom house that can accommodate either a group of 4 or 5 people. If there is only 4 people in your group it will cost more per person.
20A Watson is priced much cheaper compared to the dorms at the University of Rhode Island. Our pricing is targeted to be on par with the other off-campus housing but more convenient with only being a short drive away to campus. Typical URI off-campus housing is at least a 20 minute drive. It is the best of both worlds living here when it comes to being a student at the URI.
This house has everything you could think of. It features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a renovated kitchen, a large living room with a massive flat screen TV.
